Colorado Blue Construction is a licensed and insured general contractor in Colorado. The company specializes in residential & commercial construction management and building from the ground up. Colorado Blue utilizes certified highly skilled construction project managers to track all the items within the construction process effectively for our clients and subcontractors. We utilize applications that provide professional estimating, scheduling, project management, interior & exterior remodeling, and all the steps in a complete building process. In addition, we also provide comprehensive home fire restoration, and insurance negotiation resolution. Over the years, we have completed smaller projects as well, such as basement finishing, and remodeling projects for families all over the greater Denver area.

Experience comes over many years in the construction industry. Dave Dixon, the owner, has over 34 years in both the residential and commercial industries. He started Colorado Blue Construction more than 6 years ago initiating a company as a licensed General Contractor focused on changing the industry in process management and transparency. He has prepared the company to become a professional operation and has a vision of becoming a full development company building communities.
Why Us?
We are responsible for the overall coordination of a project. As a general contractor, Colorado Blue Construction also acts as a designer and supervisor (a tradesman in charge of a crew). We have contracted several highly skilled trades including a general labor force who are certified in their field.
